Seitan with Red Radicchio and Kombu Seaweed recipe
Let's take a look at the ingredients needed and the preparation of this healthy dish.
Ingredients:
> 8 slices of seitan
> 8 heads of Treviso red radicchio cut in half lengthwise
> 5-6 strips of kombu seaweed cleaned with a damp cloth
> ¼ teaspoon grated ginger
> enough sesame oil or tamari sauce
Processing:
We oil a large frying pan and start browning the radicchio heads over a high heat, halfway through cooking we add the seitan previously cut into slices. Shortly afterwards we also put the kombu algae cut into 3 cm pieces. As soon as the kombu pieces become crispy, they are ready. In the meantime salt the seitan and radicchio with sesame oil or tamari sauce for a few minutes before finishing cooking. The dish is now ready to be plated and served at the table.
