Vegan recipe: Algae risotto

Algae are rich in vitamins AC and the Group B, minerals such as magnesium, the phosphorus, the calcium and the potassium, antioxidants and proteinstherefore particularly suitable for those on a vegan diet; all these properties make them one of the healthiest foods in existence. Alghemar algae pate is made with fresh vegetables (leeks, carrots) 71%, herbs (parsley, basil), extra virgin olive oil, kombu algae, apple vinegar, salt. It is used in the Cultivar diet together with the Alghemar shake product, but is also perfect for preparing tasty recipes.

Today we offer you this easy algae risotto!

Ingredients:

4 servings of brown rice

8 tablespoons of algae pâté

Grated lemon zest

Minced parsley

Minced garlic

Rosemary

Sesame oil

Procedure

Cook the rice in plenty of salted water for about an hour. Heat the bear garlic and rosemary in sesame oil for a few minutes, then add the lemon peel, rice and all the other ingredients. Stir well and serve.
