Tartlets with hijiki are a perfect recipe to prepare a healthy and quick appetiser for your summer dinners.
Ingredients:
> 1 jar of hijiki and carrots (find out how to prepare it)
> 1 jar of soy mayonnaise
> 1 whole-grain cassette bread
Preparation:
After removing the crust from our cassette bread, we pour the contents of the jar of hijiki and carrots (drained) and the soy mayonnaise into a bowl. Then we mix everything well and spread the resulting sauce on the tarts.
Tip: if we do not eat our hijiki canapés immediately, it is better to cover them with a wet and wrung-out napkin. This way the canapés will remain soft and we won't run the risk of serving them dry or hardened!
